Shipping policy:
We ship overnight in an insulated box with ice packs. Freshness guaranteed.
Someone must be available to receive the delivery, sign for the package, and refrigerate perishable items immediately upon arrival.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day.
 
Instructions: 
keep in the refrigerator at 37.5°F, wrapped in a paper towel for up to a week. To ensure quality, we recommend using within 3-4 days after they are received. 
 
Return policy:
You must purchase the return shipping label if you are not happy with the quality of the product or for any other reasons. All products are guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival.
Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Fresh Truffles should be returned in the same received foam box and icepack via next day shipping. If perishable items will not be shipped as instructed credit will not be granted. All claims must be made within the same day of receipt of the truffle and a return authorization will be issued. We will issue a credit only after the merchandise will be received by our warehouse within 48 hours. No returns will be accepted without previous authorization.
