Piave Extra Aged Stravecchio - 13lb

Piave is a typical Venetian cheese made from cooked cow's milk protected by the protected designation of origin. It is a fat cheese, of short, medium and long maturing, with a semi-hard and hard paste, with pasteurized milk.
 
Piave Gold Selection is aged for more than 12 months to obtain a full-bodied hard cheese that is excellent for grating. The characteristic for its hard yellow pate, that retains its original smoothness, making it a great companion to pastas and polentas.
