The ancient Morelli Pasta Factory was founded in 1860, and is a family-run enterprise, the fifth generation of the Morelli family, siblings Lucia, Antonio and Marco, continue to run the company today preserving its traditions. Throught years of using the wheat germ ingredient the ancient Morelli Pasta Factory has succeeded in obtaining a pasta with a unique and delicious taste, it selects the best semolina, which is processed according to craft technique.

 

The tonnarelli of the Pastificio Morelli are made with care and passion to guarantee a pasta with an intense flavor and inimitable consistency. The tonnarelli, typical of the Abruzzo tradition, are basically spaghetti alla chitarra, therefore made with the classic square shape. Thanks to their particularly full-bodied consistency, they are perfect for the typical condiments of long pasta. Try them al dente to bring a really manual cheese and pepper to the table.
