Throught years of using the wheat germ ingredient the ancient Morelli Pasta Factory has succeeded in obtaining a pasta with a unique and delicious taste, it selects the best semolina, which is processed according to craft technique.
Morelli Pici pasta from Italy is handmade with durum wheat semolina from Tuscany, it is thicker than spaghetti, but thinner than a pencil and is quite dense and absorbs sauces well to give a more succulent and full-bodied flavor to your cooking.
